valet parking convenient service friendly staff outdated bathroom dirty tiles marble shower
The valet parking was SO convenient. I did not need to worry about parking the car in the busy city. The location is close to all amenities. Major city attractions are nearby, also restaurants with different cuisine abound. The staff were friendly and provided good services and the food was quite enjoyable.
The bathroom felt outdated. I noticed dirty tiles and a sunken marble shower recess. This is not acceptable. I felt it was sub-par for a five star hotel. It impacted my overall impression. I hope this is addressed SOON.

Reasonable Stay

central location tram access buffet breakfast dated pool crowded area nappy concern
The location is AMAZING!!! It was close to restaurants and attractions. Catching the tram was also convenient. The breakfast buffet had many choices.
The pool area seemed dated. It was very full of small children. I don't think babies in nappies are okay in the hot tub.

slow pace poor cleaning
The service in the cocktail bar left much to be desired. Orders were taken incorrectly, and the pace was unbelievably slow. I find this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I also noted discarded pool slippers left under a table in the club lounge, which indicates a failure to maintain cleanliness.

Some Issues During My Stay

weak shower pressure inconsistent temperature
The location was acceptable.
The shower pressure was weak. It barely worked. The water temperature fluctuated wildly even when I tried adjusting it. The lack of consistent water pressure made it hard to rinse off soap properly, and the inconsistent temperature was irritating, weak shower pressure, fluctuating water temperature
